I utilize many different approaches drawing from Jungian, Humanistic, Cognitive, and Meditative psychologies. My approach to therapy makes use of comprehensive, holistic assessment, and feedback that provides an objective view of your current personality, needs, values, strengths, and world view. Therapy proceeds with meditative, dreamwork, and imagery based strategies facilitating your individual path.
For individuals who live outside my local area, web-based therapy sessions are available. You must have a computer with a webcam and microphone to access web-based services.
