About Jill Grant, APRN, CNS-APMH

As a person-centered, interpersonally focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover the cause of your problems, recognize your true potential, and embrace a more positive outlook on life. By applying reality-oriented approaches and interventions, we will identify long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. While we can't change the past, we can work together to better understand and heal old wounds, and resolve current challenges in your life.

If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.

For individuals outside of my local area I offer web-based therapy sessions. In order to utilize web-based services you must have a web cam and microphone attached to your computer.

Please email me for an individual therapy consultation today . I look forward to hearing from you.
