$120 per 50-minute session
Insurance
At this time, we are only accepting the following:
Traditional Medicare (Not Commercial Medicare Advantage Plans)
Traditional Medicaid (Not Commercial Insurance managed) insurance
Private (Cash) payments.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available, on a limited basis, in exceptional
circumstances.
Payment
Cash, check, and most major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have
not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay 50% of the cost of the session.
